Elizabeth leads RSG’s market research work for Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), State Departments of Transportation (DOT), and federal agencies such as U.S. DOT and the Federal Highway Administration. Since joining RSG in 2005, Elizabeth’s expertise has included managing household travel diary studies, special generator travel diary studies, long-distance travel studies, longitudinal behavioral panels, pedestrian & biking studies, stated preference studies, attitudinal & customer satisfaction studies, and qualitative research. Since 2010, Elizabeth has also focused on understanding the impact advanced technologies and data privacy concerns will mean for future market research methodologies.
Prior to RSG, Elizabeth worked across a variety of industries including higher education, a Fortune 500 company, a non-profit, and a three-person consulting company.
Elizabeth enjoys pursuing her goal of traveling to all 50 states and all the U.S. National Parks. Elizabeth’s dog remains perplexed that canines are allowed to roam the RSG offices, but not within the U.S. National Park system.
